Local Storage Isolation: You understand that all journal entries, logs, tickers, custom tags, and notes are processed and stored strictly within your browser's local sandbox environment (IndexedDB). No cloud architecture, remote sync servers, or external databases are maintained by the app.
User Backup Responsibility: Because your data lives entirely on your local machine, **maintaining secure backups is your sole responsibility**. You are highly advised to utilize the export-to-CSV feature in the settings panel regularly to safeguard your research ledger.
No Liability for Data Loss: Under no circumstances shall the application creators be held liable for any loss of data, corruption of databases, unrecoverable research logs, or technical browser wipes (including clear-cache events, browser updates, hardware failures, or extension uninstallation).
