Troubleshooting Checklist
If you encounter issues, please check the common solutions below before submitting a ticket:
- Extension Disconnected? Simply refresh your current page (F5) to re-bind the observation engine.
- Permissions Check: Ensure the extension is allowed to run on the websites you are monitoring. Go to
chrome://extensions, find our extension, and ensure "Site Access" is set to "On all sites" or includes your targeted domains. - Repair Corrupted Files: If buttons are unresponsive, go to
chrome://extensions. If a "Repair" button is visible on our extension, click it to re-verify your installation. - Incognito Mode: If you use private windows, ensure "Allow in incognito" is enabled in the extension details page in your browser settings.
- Conflict Check: If tracking fails intermittently, try disabling other extensions temporarily to rule out software conflicts.
When contacting support, please include:
- Your browser version (e.g., Chrome 120.x)
- The specific financial website where tracking failed
- A brief description of the issue
